PUBLICATIONS WORKING PAPERS DISCLAIMER

The Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel has initiated a series of working papers that will be published on-line on the Center’s website. The purpose of the series is to make available timely and interesting material to policy makers in Israel in light of the dearth of such material in the system and since formal publication is often a lengthy process of one to two years.

Working papers are either completed papers or papers in the process prior to publication that have not yet been sent for publication, that are on an appropriate level for formal publication.

Materials found worthy of publication in this framework will undergo a quick review process. The Center is not obligated to publish or post material that is sent to it, and reserves the right to decide upon publication. Should the materials be of interest for publication through the formal publication system of the Center, the authors will be consulted and offered honorariums as is customary at the Center.

Before sending material to the Center, it is advisable to clarify with the funding agent, if there is one, that publication on the Center website does not infringe on the conditions of the research. As such, if the author intends to publish the work in another format, it is also advisable to check with them their standing on the on-line posting of the working paper and copyright policy.

These papers represent the views of their authors who are responsible for their contents. As such, the papers do not necessarily reflect the views of the Taub Center.

Parties interested in publication of working papers through the Center and according to the above criteria are asked to send their papers by E-mail to the Center at: info@taubcenter.org.il.
