Israel: Social-Economic Review 2006

The indicators draw on the Center’s annual analyses of social expenditures in the state budget and the development of social services. This year an emphasis was placed on comparisons between the North and other areas of the country. The overall assessment is that the origins of many social and economic problems that were thrown into start relief by the conflict in the North lie in structural problem of Israeli society
