Dana Shay
ResearcherDana is a researcher in the Taub Center Initiative on Early Childhood Development and Inequality. Dana is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Tel Aviv University. Her work examines mechanisms of educational stratification in early childhood in Israel, on the basis of poverty and security threats. Her thesis looks at the influence of the child’s economic environment on later educational attainments. In addition to this, Dana is the editorial assistant for the journal Israeli Sociology.
