Early childhood education is crucial to development. How can it be improved?


Participation in high-quality early childhood education frameworks has a crucial impact on children’s development, but in Israel, where there are so many children, public spending on early childhood education is among the lowest in the developed countries, preschools are very crowded, and the formal education level of the supporting staff is considerably low.
