Taub Center Research Director Prof. Alex Weinreb lectured to representatives of non-profit organizations operating in Ramla during a conference of the Jewish Federation of Kansas City. His talk focused on demography, education, higher education, and welfare, along with findings from his study on the youth bulge and violent crime in Arab society. His talk was of great interest to non-profit leaders who felt that Prof. Weinreb’s remarks contributed to a sharpening of their understanding of the need to invest in resources for men in Arab society.
