In late April, Prof. Avi Weiss met with the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Yoel Razvozov (Yesh Atid) on the subject of the State of the Nation Report 2021. The Minister was interested in the studies presented and spoke of the importance of the information for building a strategic framework for long-term action. Among other things, the discussion dealt with economics, the labor market in Israel, and the impact of COVID-19 on employment in various industries including the tourism industry.
